The Gardening Problem

Sometimes people over water their plants and gardens.


According to my research, The amount of water used or so ‘wasted’ people on average use 20/30 liters of water for an average sized garden which is around 50-100 square ft depending on how long or wide your. This also applies for plants, people use too much water to water the plant.


This is a big problem in the whole world!

Many countries like Australia have a law to prevent these solutions.

If there is too much water or the soil is constantly wet, there are not enough air pockets. This results in a limited oxygen supply and plants are not able to breathe. When plants have too little water, leaves turn brown and wilt. This also occurs when plants have too much water.


Steps to avoid these problem -

Try not to use above 20 liters.

Water plants at noon or late morning.

Don't water your plants right after rain or snow fall because this dampens the soil.


What can we do?


  • Try to Invest in sprinklers and keep a water limit.

  • Try to create a timetable for when you are supposed to water your garden.

  • Use unfiltered water like tap water can work fine, and if u have a
